Beef Bourguignon II
A tolerable Bourgugnon, certainly not noteworthy. Should you use this recipe, check the dish in the oven regularly to see if (probably will) the liquid evaporates. This is not mentioned in the recipe. When this happens the food will both dry out & burn. Adding fresh mushrooms in place of the canned will improve flavour.
