Scrumptious! What deep chocolate flavor! The batter came together so nice! My KitchenAid mixer and this cookie dough are meant for one another! A definite recipe favorite!

Blueberry Crumb Bars

BLUEBERRY PERFECTION! What a great recipe. I added coconut and almonds on top of the blueberry mixture before I added the crumb topping. Then I lightly added a vanilla glaze.

Golden Dinner Rolls

That is the closest recipe I have seen so far that is like what my Mom used to make all the time. So light and perfect! I made 12 rolls and 1 loaf from it.

Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2010
Incredible melding of flavors! Husband loved them! I did alter a tiny bit. I used boneless chicken breast and didn't add the blue cheese to the chicken bake. I added butter and blue cheese to the hoagie roll and broiled them for just a couple minutes (maybe 30 seconds too long haha). I added spinach leaves and some blue cheese dressing also. They was yummy!

Marshmallow Fondant

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2010
Incredibly easy to work with! Held it's shapes well and tasted great! I will definitely use this one again. Also glad to see it took the colors so well. I separated the main recipe into portions for the colors I needed and then added the colors to it. I kept it in the fridge for a day and 1/2 and it still worked so nicely. Thanks for sharing!

Taco Ramekins

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2010
A good change of pace from just plain tacos, but it seemed to be missing something...the zip, the zest, the something wasn't there. The recipe itselft was good, but a do again would require more seasoning or flavoring or something.

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2010
DECADENT! I can't believe how easy they were to make. I mixed them up pretty quick. Rolling the balls took me awhile but I did do 4 different batches. I chilled them for an hour as recommended by others and then coated them. I made the oreo ones and the peanut butter ones, but I also took it a notch further and used strawberry cream cheese with vanilla cookies and then did pineapple cream cheese with coconut cookies and rolled them in coconut flakes. Absolutely amazing how nice they turn out! I dipped some in dark chocolate and some in regular semi-sweet chocolate and then somein powdered sugar. I can't wait to show them off at the baby shower. I will be sure to post a pic! Thank you for sharing the recipe it is a favorite in my kitchen now! (P.S. I save a few back of each and am keeping them in the freezer and will dip them later for Valentine's day to suprise my Hubby since he has been tasting all afternoon and loves them!) UPDATE: I added a photo- I used them to decorate around the shower cake that I made - it looked incredible and everyone RAVED about what a great idea!

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2010
Recipe was easy to follow - and pretzels are tasty. I used soy flour and will probably do again with just regular all purpose flour. I did make them half the size that the recipe called for, so I had 24 which made sharing easier!

English Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2010
TOP NOTCH IN MY BOOK! These were easy to make and very tasty! I was worried about them rising good enough, but when they sat on the griddle for a minute they rose beautifully! My husband loves! I am making more for my parents who love english muffins. Going to also try some wheat ones! I substituted 1 cup of the flour for wheat flour. It came out delicious again! This is incredible dough! I can't quit making them. I freeze them and have them handy when I want to take out just a few. I give them away and people love them!

Cream Puffs II

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2010
Once again, I missed reading the reviews first...but they did come out. I just understand now that the cool down period was more important that I probably gave thought to when I was making them...which was my first time. Very tasty though! I did some soft dough (not bad) to remove. Excellent though. I did use my homemade chocolate syrup over it though rather than the melted chocolate chips.

Easy Whipped Cream

Delicious! I like how the sourcream nipped a bit of the sweetness. I was scared at first it didn't thicken as fast as I was thinking then it was like poof - thick!
