So far, so PERFECT! I made it today to use Wednesday night, but since I will be working Wednesday and not have enought time to make the dough and cook of the pizzas, I made the dough today and am refrigerating it until Weds. I can't believe how well it rose and how light and airy it is! This is a 2 gallon container. I can't wait to taste it! I will update with the final product.
UPDATE: What GREAT dough! I rolled mine out a bit thinner than some may like, but what I loved about this crust is that it didn't get "burned or crunchy" before it got cooked. It was soft and tasty and held up nicely when handling to eat even though I had stacked the toppings deep! This dough is a definite ABSOLUTE FAV in my box! I will be making again and again!
