Pork Chops Over Rice

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2010
Delicious! We like our chops seasoned heavily and I added a bag of mixed frozen veges rather than just peas. It was great!

Delicious Blueberry Smoothie

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2010
I thought it was delicious and refreshing. Teenager thought it needed a tablespoon of sugar. I wouldn't change a thing though!

Cherry Chocolate Nut Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2010
Top Notch! We loved these! I did a twist to them though - I made them in a 5x11 pan as bars for 20 minutes and then after they cooled I melted 4 squares of semisweet chocolate in the microwave and then covered the top with it. After the chocolate cooled, I cut them into bars.

Watercress and Crab Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2010
Husband didn't care for it very much. I didn't mind it, but it might have been because I added a variety of greenage.

Cream Cheese and Ham Spread

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2010
It was good, I added some ground up sweet peppers to it. I used it as a salad topper. I tried it on some crackers and it was good that way too. On top of a good garden salad it was even better!

Stuffed Strawberries

These are GONE! Amazingly tasty. Had to make another batch of them! The first time I used shaved chocolate over them and almond slices. The second time I used blueberries with them.

Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2010
Very good! It didn't get all hardened up and crusty and did not require refrigeration like most homemade frostings said.

Omelet Biscuit Cups

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2010
We've been making these for awhile now. We love these in the mornings! I have also made them using real bacon bits rather than the ham. I usually skip the mushrooms though because my fella doesn't like them (boo!). I skip the skillet though - I just set the biscuit in the muffin cup, put the meat in, add the egg mixture, cover with the cheese and bake for the 15 minutes. REALLY worth making! Kids love them and they are so easy to make!

Molasses Cookies IV

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2010
Very good! don't make though unless you are committed to the time to follow the directions. Trust me...they turn out as a pan of Goo otherwise. I did salvage my pan of Goo as "Recovery Cookies" but then I also took the rest and put it in the fridge like the directions say to do. They came out great when I followed the directions! Be patient - they are worth it!

Where's the Tuna Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2010
Really tasty! I added 1/4 cup of red, yellow, and orange sweet peppers (combined) as well as the juice of 1 lime with some lime zest. None left if that says how good it was and how much they liked it.

so EASY and so Fast to make! Really great fudge! Reminds me of the fudge we get in the mall! AWESOME! I made two batches - one as is and then one with peppermint extract and crushed peppermint in it rather than nuts.

Almond Strawberry Salad

Mouth watering flavor! I used balsamic vinegar rather than cider vinegar, but it was awesome tasty! The sweet, the salty, the tender berries, the crunchy nuts - just very pleasing to the palette!

I wish there was a 6th star choice!!! Tasty! I left out the dates and just made the nuts and cherries equal to 1/2 cup each. Husband is in love with these!
