Crispy Fried Chicken

I found this chicken to be time consuming and very greasy! It tasted good but not worth all the fat. I did have a few pieces left and decided to try baking them in the oven in a Pampered Chef stone pan. They turned out awesome. Very crispy but WAY less greasy.

Crispy Potato Wedges

I cut some into 8 pieces and some into 12. I baked them on my Pampered Chef stone and they came out beautifully! No sticking or scraping.

Sweetly Stewed Rhubarb

I'm not sure what happened...I added just under enough water to cover the rhubarb but it is REALLY watery now! I even added cornstarch to try to thicken it but it doesn't seem to be working. I will try this again though.
