Ultra Creamy Mashed Potatoes
These are outstanding! I let them cook in the broth until the broth had almost completely been absorbed by the potatoes and they were perfect. So much flavor from the broth and cream, you don't need nearly as much butter as typical recipes! This will be my new go-to recipe for amazing potatoes!

Banana Chocolate Chip Cake
This cake was absolutely delicious and gone in a matter of hours! As others have said, the cake turns out very thin (perfect if you want bars) if you don't either double the recipe or use a smaller pan. I think I'd prefer to double it next time--it's just that good! If you don't have the ingredients to do that, just use a 9x9 pan. It was a little boring on top, so I'd suggest dropping a few chocolate chips on top for color, or garnishing with confectioner's sugar. I loved that it was so moist and not the traditional banana bread flavor.

Toscana Soup
This soup is amazing!! I love the OG soup and this is as close as you can get to being inside the restaurant! I modified mine just a bit: I tripled the recipe because I wanted to fill an 8Q stockpot. I used 12c of chicken broth (didn't have any base) at first and no additional water. Because I added a bit too much crushed red pepper, I ended up using 1pt total of heavy cream (no waste that way!) and an additional small can of chicken broth to level it off. I would definitely recommend adding the kale only if you plan to serve all that you make right away. Otherwise, toss a few slices into the serving bowls as it's eaten so it stays fresh and bright green. This recipe is phenomenal, I am so happy to know the secret now!
