I made this for a dinner with guests this past Sunday. I added green pepper, onion, garlic to the meat (and 1 lb to the meat). I doubled the sauce and put a jar on the bottom with the spaghetti. It was still very dry- not one compliment (except my DH who stated more sauce wld have been better). It just didn't presentn well with the stringy spaghetti. It would work to have an extra jar of sauce warmed to put on after cooking. I used to eat this as a waitress in restaurants and they always had the same kind of dry dish problem. Honestly plain spaghetti w/sauce would have tasted so much better and be much less work and expense.
