Kung Pao Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2013
It's delicious! Loved this!! Only one suggestion. Add a little white vinegar a small pinch more of brown sugar for that restaurant taste and some color from red or green bell peppers ; it'll give it that addictive kick.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2013
I loved this. I replaced the pre-prepared canned foods on the list with fresh ingredients. (peppers and enchilada sauce) It turned out fabulous. My kids tell me this enchilada recipe is better than eating out as a fancy restaurant. This one stays on my weekly list. Thanks for sharing this great recipe on All Recipes.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2012
I use this recipe all the time. I especially love the crumb topping. It's a hit. Adding bananas and walnuts is a wonderful touch to add some protein and sweetness if you want to reduce sugar in the recipe. Crumbly top, and crispy bottoms. I do not use a paper liner in order to get the crispy bottom which holds it together...making it a paperless muffin. (less waste) But make sure you oil the bottoms of the muffin tin with spray. I like to use my Misto and olive oil. Another thing to note is that using olive oil in the recipe does work, albeit a bit expensive over time. I love this muffin. A hit EVERY time

Felix K.'s 'Don't even try to say these aren't the best you've ever eaten, because they are' Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2010
I think this is a good starter recipe. The key here is lots of butter, lots of sugar and salt. Always yummy. But to get the right consistency, add a little less baking powder. I also notice that if you melt the better halfway before you mix the sugar mixture together your cookie comes out more crispy and less doughy and hocky puck like (as some of the reviewers here who rated this recipe down mentioned) This is the recipe I always take out when I want choc. chip cookies. And I apply the changes I mentioned above.
