Cowboy Tacos
Very good. A real "keeper." Washed and drained my chili beans and added a squirt of lemon juice. Filled taco shells, topped with some grated cheese, then placed in 300 oven for 7 minutes. Crunchy deliciousness - rave reviews! (I always do the oven thing with tacos. My sister-in-law taught me this little trick many years ago.) I have another recipe that uses concentrated lemonade. May try that in place of the apricot preserves some other time. Thanks for posting this one.

Steakhouse Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine
Really, really good; a definite keeper. I haven't used my bread machine much, but will be using more often now just to make this delicious bread. I used warm milk instead of water, increased salt to 1 tsp. and added 2 Tbs. flaxseed. I mixed ingredients as directed and used "Regular Wheat Bread" setting on machine. (I didn't have instant coffee, but had some instant chai tea so used that.)

Slow Cooker Sloppy Swiss Steak
My family loved this. I didn't brown the meat, just dredged it, put it in pan, placed sliced onions over meat, and poured mixture of Manwich (used whole can), tomatoes, and Worcestershire over it. Cooked at 225 for about 4 hours in a pan covered with foil. So tender and delicious. This one will go into my recipe "rotation."
