Buttery Corn Bread

I made it as is the first time and rated it based on original recipe. Call it a thing, but when I make corn bread, I think there should be more corn than flour. So the second time I used 2 1/2 cups corn meal and 1 1/2 cups flour. Also added 2/3 cup molasses for sweetness and color. Good recipe on its own, but I think my tweaking made it great CORN bread.

Hearty Sausage and Rice Casserole

I used 2 cups brown rice and a tablespoon of chicken base instead of the long grain and wild rice mix. Also added shreded pepperjack instead of cheddar. Even with doubling the recipe, there was only a plate full leftover from a family of 4. Needless to say was well recieved by all. I'm suprised Campbells didn't suggest cheddar cheese soup for the last ingredient.
