I'll have to say, I was amazed at how delicious this was!!! When I read the ingredients I was a little concerned about how it would turn out. Also, when I made the glaze, I tasted it alone and I was nervous about putting it over the loin. Once it cooked over the loin, I'm so happy I decided not to throw it out! This was one of those "I shouldn't eat more, but it's so good I have to" meals. Also, I made only a one pound loin and cooked it until the middle was 165 degrees. It ended up only being about 1 hour. I will be making this again, very soon!
