Kris' Amazing Shredded Mexican Beef

Holy Moly! This was HOT!!! I had never used chipotle peppers before and added slightly more than the recipe called for... Yikes! :) I am a novice... But this was super yummy and delicious and pretty easy to make! Loaded with guacomole and sour cream... it was delicious!

Cream Cheese Penguins

Sooo super fun! Made these as garnishes for NYE this past year for a party. I placed them randomly on veggie platters and cheese/sausage plates. People were so impressed by these little guys - Taking pictures and not sure they could eat them. But... Besides being super cute - they are DELICIOUS!

All Day Macaroni and Cheese

I was super excited about this recipe... especially considering the vast amount of positive reviews and because I had all the ingredients in my pantry waiting for me when I got home from work. I was deeply disappointed. Very little flavor. Texture was mushy. I suppose it is good for kids. Mild and boring, but I won't make this again.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

This wasn't bad... it pretty much just tasted like any roast I have done in the crock pot. I was not overly excited about it. I will keep my oven -top stroganoff recipe from now on.

Stuffed Peppers

Yummy! This was really good! I was very nervous to make this for my picky husband... But he was pleseantly surprised. I added a little kick by using jalapeno seasoning in the meat. Even my two-year-old gobbled this up! I would actually make the stuffing again before I did it in the pepper. We ate it seperately and liked it better.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

This was pretty good... If I did this again, I think I would chop the potatoes into bigger chunks rather than slicing them. The thin slices cooked and softened so quickly that when it was time to serve, it became more like a big mushy soup...
