Romanian Apple Cake

Very delicious. No idea what this cake is actually suppose to taste like but this recipe is delicious. Didn't, and wouldn't, change a thing. Just wish this cake wasn't so addictive

Rainbow Cookies

Amazing. So delicious whether you make with marzipan and almond paste. Ive made it both ways a few times and every time they are delicious. I do agree that melting the chocolate with a little cream makes it that much more delicious but the recipe is great

Blueberry Buckle

Gone within a day in a household of 5! This recipe was so easy and amazing. Everyone loved it. Only problem was I only got to enjoy one small piece. Recipe was perfect as is; nothing needs to be changed unless you need to take into account humidity, altitude, or bad oven. FANTASTIC Cake

Veggie Burgers

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2012
Yummy. Though I don't think they taste like meat at all, they were still delicious. And you get a very satisfied feel after eating them. I added some extra seasoning on my second batch because i wanted to try to get more of a beef taste. Didn't happen but I had an even more delicious burger. As is or with extra seasoning this recipe is great. Thank you thank you thank you. Will never buy frozen veggie burgers again

Coconut Custard Pie II

Reviewed: May 15, 2010
My first coconut custard pie and certainly not my last. I've made four and they all came out delicious. This is a great simple recipe. Yes custard can be intimidating because no one wants to over cook custard. But as long as you pay attention and are mindful of how your oven bakes you wont have any problems with this recipe. Awesome. Thank you

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

Reviewed: May 15, 2010
This was my second battle with using fondant and first battle making my own. As beautiful as fondant can make cakes it is still a fight using it. I loved this fondant recipe. It was easy to make and tasted great. Was still a battle laying over the cakes but that's to be expected with fondant. I used massive amounts of powdered sugar because my fondant was very moist but it still tasted great and though i'm never one to pat my own back, my cake looked amazing. I was so thrilled and proud when i handed my brother his cake and my whole family was amazed at how beautiful it came out. My only grudge was with dying the fondant red. My kitchen looked like a butchers and my nails and cuticles were stained for nearly three weeks. Awesome recipe. Thank you so much

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: May 15, 2010
I love cheesecake. Have always been reluctant to make one, fearing it would come out horribly. But for a mothers day surprise I made one for my mother who also loves cheesecake. It came out amazing. I used semi sweet chocolate because I hate white chocolate and don't consider it real chocolate. It was so yummy, and creamy, and it was just amazing. My mom is my number one fan and she was so thrilled I not only made her her favorite dessert but let her be the first to try my first cheesecake. And thank you all for your helpful tips with baking. Definitely wrap your pan in foil and place on a cookie sheet with water. And after an hour of baking I turned the oven off and let the cheesecake sit in the oven as they both cooled. No cracks, and no over baking. Thank you for this easy and amazing recipe :)

Basic Truffles

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2010
I have only done a trial run with these truffles, so i cut down the recipe and used what i had so it wasn't top quality chocolate, and i only had half and half. They didn't set as firmly over night but the taste was still yummy and rich and creamy. I added maple extract and WOW WOW WOW I think with higher quality chocolate and using real heavy cream, in the proper quantities, they will come out more amazingly. I have incredible chocolate, Sirius Icelandic 56% Bitter Sweet Chocolate. It's amazing alone. Can't wait to use it for truffles. Great recipe

Norwegian Pancakes - Pannekaken

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2010
I am not Norwegian, nor have i ever tasted Norwegian pancakes before, so i have no clue whether or not they came out how they should but they were yummy. Heavier than crepes, but lighter than American pancakes. They're that perfect in-between; not too filling, but very satisfying. I've made these at least 8 times in two weeks; trying different fillings. You can't go wrong with any filling. I used sweetened cream cheese, cream cheese and blueberry jam, blueberry jam alone, cream cheese and blueberry compote with fresh blueberries, chocolate ganach, plain with some butter and syrup, and my absolute favorite, chocolate with coconut pecan frosting so it was like German chocolate cake pancake. You can't go wrong with filling. However, with cardamom added i didn't think it tasted as good with the sweet fillings. without sweet fillings though it's delicious. But user BEWARE! Cardamom is a strong spice so know how much you like. Too much can be too powerful a flavor and you may hate it. But don't be dissuaded, add a little at a time each time you make it to find out what's right for your taste-buds

Amazingly easy and delicious. Couldn't ask for a simpler recipe with such great results. Perfect for savory and sweet. Don't even need to add sugar for sweet fillings. I have carpel tunnel in both wrists and easy delicious recipes, that are quick, are hard to come by. This recipe works great, its delicious, and easy on the wrists. Thank you so much for posting
