Chicken Wing Dip

Definitely shred the chicken and use Bleu cheese instead of ranch. I also used one package of fat free cream cheese and one package regular to cut down on the fat without sacrificing flavor. So many compliments!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

SO AWESOME! This was my first try at a real cheesecake so I didn't attempt a waterbath, but just baked it and let it stay in the oven for a total of 5 hours. It did crack, probably because I didn't do the water bath, but the flavor and texture were soo goood. Definitely making this for every Christmas Eve from now on. Thanks!

Marinated Grilled Chicken II

SO GOOD. I had never cooked chicken before in my life and this recipe made me look like a pro. I butterflied the breasts I was using to make the inside cook evenly and squeezed a lime over the top along with the pepper and salt. Thanks!

Ricotta Gnocchi

I have never eaten gnocchi much less made it before when I decided to try this recipe, so that should tell you how easy it it...it came out great! I used sauce from a can, grated cheese and powdered parmesan too so that should tell you how beginner-friendly it is. I used probably at least 1.5-2 cups of flour to make the dough rollable though. Delicious recipe!
