Omg, these were so good. My husband went back for thirds. I cut the recipe down to 6 servings. I added extra cheese and used 1 1/2 sticks of butter instead of the 2 sticks recommended. I aslo roasted the garlic before adding it to the potatoes. **FYI, if your in a hurry( like I always am) you can roast garlic in the microwave. Peel the excess paper off and trim the top off the garlic head exposing the individual cloves. Lather the entire head in olive oil. Place on paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds or less. Flip garlic on other side and microwave another 30 seconds or less. Be careful not to overcook though. It'll be like chewy cardboards. Then just squeeze gently and the garlic cloves come out easily.
