Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2010
Delicious! I messed up a bit and put the cheese in the saucepan with the soup, but it turned out amazing anyway!

Veggies with Cheese Gravy

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2010
I was going to saute my yellow squash and zucchini for dinner, but thought it would be boring. I found this recipe and was SO glad I did! It turned out fantastic and I had all the ingredients at home except soy milk so I used my normal lactose-free milk. It was fantastic!

This was really tasty and easy to make! It was just a tiny bit bland, but I added a bit more basil and it solved the problem. Very good!

Greek Penne and Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
This was amazing!! I kept the serving size for four people so that my roommate and I could have leftovers and I am so glad I did! I did use marinated artichoke hearts and a whole cup of feta for flavor. I turned out so well....I will be making this again! Thanks for the brilliant recipe!

Stuffed Peppers for Two

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2010
This was fantastic! I've been switching ground beef for ground turnkey for a healthier kick and it turned out amazing! The Worcestershire added such a great kick...I never would have though of that! I also ended up cooking for a bit longer than 60 minutes, but the internal temp of turkey needs to be hotter. I will definitely be making this again! Fantastic recipe!

Grilled Chicken and Veggies Over Rice

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
This was so delicious! I broiled mine and the chicken came out juicy and tender. If you broil it I'd recommend cooking the chicken for 15 minutes and then adding the veggies as they got a little burned. Fantastic recipe!

Easiest Pot Roast Ever

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
I haven't cooked beef in my slow cooker yet so I had to adjust the time a little bit, but it turned out fantastic! I added some spices and a can of beef broth. The meat was really tender and I turned the juices into delicious gravy by adding corn starch. The leftovers were amazing as well! Great recipe!
