Apple Cranberry Stuffed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2010
Deelish!! Wow! I only tweeked it a little bit. I don't have a dutch oven so I simply used a large pan to do most of the grunt work. I used fresh cranberries instead of dried berries and I also cubed a few slices of white bread for the stuffing. I didn't have brown sugar so I used one tablespoon of white sugar and used cider instead of juice. This was time consuming to say the least...but SO worth it! Thank you!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2010
Excellent! I may have done it a little different but it worked. I put a sirloin pork roast in the crock pot with chicken stock and half an onion chopped up. When I got home I shredded the pork, put it in a roasting pan and drizzled the juices from the pan over it. I then mixed in this great BBQ sauce recipe (that I received from the ratings reviews) over it: The recipe i used for the sauce is: 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup chili sauce 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp chopped onions 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp ground mustard 1 clove garlic, minced dash cayenne pepper Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. The only tweak I did to it was double the vinegar part. I baked the shredded, BBQ sauce drenched meat for an hour to 'crisp the edges' and forced my guests to add coleslaw to the sammich and it was a hit! Thanks!
