Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy

In the south this is called chicken fried steak with cream gravy; evryone knows how to make a family version, This is close to mine the main thing I add is a little baking soda to the flour dredge; it increases the crispiness and a some salt pepper and season salt. I also use less milk these days and more beef broth.

Cola Pork Chops

I made these last night; they were wonderful and so simple. I had some spicy honey bbq sauce so I used a cup of that and one can of cola, as others suggested I seasoned my chops then dredged them in flower seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, ground mustard and thyme as well as salt and pepper. After browning in a small amount of oil I covered them with the sauce and baked them at 375 till done. I basted them while they baked and they came out with a beautiful coating. I served them with mashers. Will make again.

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Very good! I also flattened my chicken breast; much easier to work with. I softened my cream cheese and shredded my cheddar added some herbs and spices then put a couple of tbs in each breast then rolled and secured with tooth picks. I did not dip in milk but rolled in a combination of Panko and regular bread crumbs the I seasoned with season salt, italian seasoning and smoked paprika then into the pan. I melted 1 1/2 tb of butter added the juice of one lemon and a tsp of zest then drizzeled over the top. Cooked at 375 for 30 min, rested for 10 minutes before slicing chees did not run out and served wonderfully!
