Banana Cupcakes

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

I made some cupcakes with this recipe. Didn't use the glaze but topped with Irish cream butter cream frosting. First time, I used the Oreo cookie and cream pudding mix since that's the closest pufpddung mix I had in hand. I let my husband take these cakes to his work and he said tpalk cupcakes were gone less than an hour. In fact, they asked me to make some more again since some people didn't even get any or some people couldn't have the 2nds.

Cherry Tomato Corn Salad

Very easy to make and taste good. I used a can of corn instead and cut down the oil. Perfect side dish when you need something quick.

Carrot Rice

My family really enjoyed this dish. I used almonds instead of peanuts since my daughter has peanut alegy and brown rice instead since that's all I had in hand. This was a great side dish and definitely a keeper!!

German Apple Cake I

OMG!! This is SOOOO delicious!! I sliced the apples instead of chopped and they were very tender and perfect softness. I used Splenda half and the cake turned out so good. I may try with 1.5 cups of sugar the next time. Nake sure NOT TO use a angel food cake pan though. The cake wasn't as dense as I expected so it broke as I turned the cake upside down.

Lemon Cream Cupcakes

My husband doesn't really like lemon cake. But he said this was pretty good! I think the reason he liked it was because the cake didn't have too strong lemon flavor.

Chinese Steamed Buns

Very good. After I made this recipe for many times, I figured out the easiest way. I mix the first 4 ingredients together first but don't have to let it stand for 30 min. Keep adding all the rest of ingredients and kneed. Devide the dough into 6-8 pieces (depents on how big you wanna make a each bun) and stuff with meat etc. Now let it stand for a while until the dough is doubled in size. Then steam for 15-18 min. depends on the size of the bun. It's easier and tastes the same.

Chicken Breasts Pierre

This is very easy to make but so yummy dish! I used sole da to cut down some calories. Since sole da doesn't have calorie free bron sugar yet, I used the regular sole da and it still was tasty!

Caramel Frosting IV

Good caramel flavor bur it's very sweet frosting. I'd recommend to frost the cake right away after making it since it gets very stiff quickly.
