Good! I have never made a recipe like this and it was great! I didn't have cottage cheese so I just layered some parm cheese and the family loved it! I also made sauce from scratch. I didn't follow the recipe.

Best Fried Green Tomatoes

Great! We did follow a tip from Paula Dean... cut the tomatoes and put them in a strainer with salt on them, let them sit for a half hour. We did do some this way and some just cut and breaded. The salted toms were the bomb! Loved them with some ranch dressing!

Slow Cooker Creamy Potato Soup

It was okay, kinda sweet, which wasn't what I was looking for. I also ran a few cups through the blender to thicken it up since it was still very runny. Not bad but not really good.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

SO Good! I quadrupled the recipe and it made about 55 medium sized cookies. And I used half white sugar and half brown sugar. I also cooked them for more like 10-11 minutes. SO EASY!

Hamburger Vegetable Soup

Great recipe. I used a leek instead of an onion and orzo pasta instead of elbow mac, only because that's what I had in the house. Oh and I used fresh carrots as well. I will be making this again!

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

Love it! super easy and super tasty! I did cut the recipe in half for 2 people. And don't add any salt, the pesto will have enough in it. We will be making this again for sure!

Creamy Cranberry Salad

Super tasty! But we had 30 for dinner and could have used only half of the recipe. And since I couldn't find cranberry jello I used black cherry and felt like it was to strong of a flavor.

Creamy Rice Pudding

GREAT! easy and soooo good! I used long grain minute rice and added about a half cup more rice than it calls for. Just be sure to temper the eggs with the hot milok and rice before adding them in or you will get some scrambled egg chunks in your pudding. LOVE IT!
