Fabulous! This was soooo easy and sooo good. The only changes I made were that I didn't have poultry seasoning so I used thyme and sage and instead of canned chicken broth, I used the broth I in the freezer last time I boiled a chicken for a recipe. I think it was 2 cups, but that worked well because the juice covered the chops. I don't have much time in the morning, so I prepared the chops in the crockpot and put them in the fridge the night before. In a seperate bowl I put all the flavorings. In the morning I just poured the flavorings over the chops and turned it on (med for 8 hrs). Definitely will use this recipe many more times. I think next time I will trim most of the fat off the chops so there will be less grease. I like adding the olive oil though because of flavor and the health benefits.
