I'm happily married; have been a stay-at-home Mom 1996. Our youngest is 13 years old and Grandma to 3 4 children. I love spring time and gardening - expecially in my courtyard!

My family loves my "Asian Meatloaf" recipe. I've gotten requests to give it as a gift on their birthdays and for Christmas gifts! LOL!

Unbelievable Spinach Calzones
My 9 year old son made this for a Mother's Day menu @ Daycare with the other kids. This dish was their Main Dish for the luncheon and it was a hit! Have to try this myself!

Easy Quiche
A very easy and versatile recipe! I did mine with imitation crab & artichoke hearts. Very yummy! Will try it with kale or spinach next time. It's a keeper! Thanks for sharing!

Shrimp Cakes
My 13 year old son helped me make these delicious shrimp cakes and they were very easy! He ate 3, and I got one! Great, great recipe!
