Easy Bacon and Cheese Quiche
I had never made a quiche using a frozen pie shell so I had set out looking at recipes to see if I could use frozen. I came upon this one. Of course like any cook I made it my own. It is a good basic recipe. I used 4 eggs and 1 cup liquid. as in the recipe, but mine ended up being 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 1/2 cup raw goats milk. I used about a 1/3 of a cup sauteed diced onions, 4 slices of thicker baked bacon crumbled , half a pkg of frozen spinach, thawed and drained, 1/2 cup grated Swiss and about 1/8 tsp of grated nutmeg and a few turns of the Trader Joes Everyday Spice mill. I did put foil around the edges to keep them from over browning. The great thing about quiche is that after you have the basics of 4 eggs and the 1 cup liquid, you can put in pretty much whatever you like. great way to use leftover veggies.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
I love this spice blend, and the recipe comes out juicy but ended up making a couple substitutions the 2nd time I made it that worked well. I didn't have any thyme so substituted 1/2 t. poultry seasoning which has thyme in it. Also used Smoked black pepper instead of regular. The rest was the same. Yum

Sweet Sriracha Chicken
I would suggest using Tamari instead of soy sauce if you are finding it too salty. Also, for those with wheat allergies, Tamari should have no, to very little wheat in it and is less salty than soy
