Best No-Bake Cheesecake

I sometimes use whipped topping, the 8oz found in the freezer section of the supermarket, instead of whipping cream, and it doesn't need the long refrigerator time. When I used the recipe exactly, I add 1/8 more sugar.

Buffalo Chicken Wings I

Buffalo wing perfection! I don't live near a pizza place that can make good buffalo wings, so I am happy to have this sauce recipe. I didn't bake the wings, I floured the wings and fried them. I did have to double the sauce because of the flouring. So delicious.

Heartwarming Beef Stew Skillet

The first time I made it, I only had one pack of brown gravy. It was more delicious, and less salty. Both ways are good though.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

It was good and easy. I wanted to try something different with chicken, and my daughter and I enjoyed it. I made it about three times in six months. Great with rice!

Apple Crumb Pie

I made this pie last night and it was quick, easy, and delicious. I had all the ingredients at home, except for the pie crust. I didn't add raisins or walnuts, but I must say the lemon was essential, and gave a tang to the pie. I mixed white and brown sugar for the pie mixture, I did sub all spice for the nutmeg, and I should have followed the advice of one of the reviews and doubled the crumb toppings. Great pie!

Lemon Tart

I followed all directions, with the exception of alittle less lemon rind, about a teaspoon instead of a tablespoon. It was sooo good. I made it about three times so far.
