Mrs. Baker's Sticky Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2010
Lots of steps but worth the work. Made tasty rolls that are not really sticky but were very good. My tasters actually appreciated that they were not overly sticky or gooey.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2010
Very good and very simple. Changed it up a bit and used fresh parsley and regular salt and pepper while the steaks cooked. Left out the hot pepper sauce and the minced garlic. Next time I would add chopped fresh garlic too. Otherwise, my son ate it and loved it. That's my real test right there!

Fabulously simple. Can even be done in a crock pot on low for chicken fajitas.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2010
An excellent and easy recipe. Made some small preparation changes. First, I doubled the recipe. Making it as is seemed to be not enough for the chops I had. I also put the chops into the sauce before cooking them for about an hour. Helped keep some extra moisture. Then, while it was cooking, I caramelized some onions and added them during when I flipped over the chops. Extremely tasty, simple and drool worthy. Will be making this again!

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2010
Simple, tasty, and a big HIT with my son who is a very selective eater. I'd change nothing except I'd double the recipe because this 4 serving recipe is small. I was worried it would not be enough for two adults and a child. Will be making this again and again!!

Super easy, very tasty and extra moist. My son ate it and so did my guest. They both love it. This will now be a staple meal in our house.

Antipasto Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2010
Very good. We made it with alterations. We cut back on the oil and upped the red wine vinegar. We added kidney beans and used plain ol' tomatoes. We did swap the pepperoni for salami and used veggies noodles instead of flour/wheat noodles. It was very good! We'll keep this one around for parties and summer dinners.

Spinach Frittata

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2010
This came out really well! Tasty and satisfying. I did make a few personal changes. I only did 1/4 teaspoon of salt and left out the chicken. And i cup back a bit on the oil to 1 tablespoon. Will make it again!
