Buffalo Chicken Dip

Soooo yummy and a fantastic Super Bowl Treat. I wouldn't change a thing, just to say that it is also good cold. I didn't have time for the slow cooker, I just heated it up on the stove.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

I feel like Marie Calendar, having made this dish. I didn't have lasagna noodles so I just layered in a pound of cooked spiral noodles. A 13x9 pan was barely big enough.

Marzetti® Ultimate Chicken

Yummy flavor fest. I cut the chicken in smaller pieces and will not sautee the apples next time. My husband wasn't fond of the pine nuts. The warmed dressing was a great touch!

Chicken Tagine

Too strong in the spice department for my family. I'll try 1/2ing the spices next time because it did have a unique flavor we all enjoyed. I didn't like the fruits, and I added the eggplant at the end like someone else suggested.

Potato and Bean Enchiladas

Good flavors and a nice vegetarian version of enchiladas. I'll definitely use flour tortillas (and call them enchilada style burritos), and add more beans the next time. Make sure the potatoes are nice and soft before filling.

Mama's Asian Chicken and Rice

Yumalicious and nice and spicy. Double the sauce, add cornstarch/water as needed. We served it over quinoa, but brown rice would have been better. Definitely add veggies next time.

Orange Whole Wheat Pancakes

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These do not disappoint in the chewy department! Medium Pampered Chef scoop, baked for 15 minutes makes about 2 1/2 dozen. Melt the butter, but flour does not need to be sifted. The verdict is still out on if the dough needs to be refrigerated or not.

Pork Brine

This was definately delish. I believe I cut everything in half except for the ice cubes. Make sure to rinse the brine off ENTIRELY since it is very salty.

Cabbage and Noodles

I cut up the bacon into bits and began to fry it as I chopped the onions. Add the onions and cook as you chop the cabbage. Add the cabbage until it's wilting and then add the noodles. Super easy and quick to prepare.

Ethiopian Cabbage Dish

Delicious flavors! I wasn't impressed with the cabbage and the carrots. After being cooked for so long they were quite shriveled. I've experimented with when to add them but haven't figured it out yet. Maybe I should just cut them larger, I don't know.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

OK tasting, served over cheese ravioli. I melted the butter, whisked in 1 TBLS flour, and 1/2 cup milk instead of using cream because I didn't have any. THen I stirred that into the tomato mixture.

Creamy Cheesy Scrambled Eggs with Basil

The key here is to stir the eggs the whole time. I'm not fond of cheddar in my eggs so I may try something else next time. Without basil they were just yummy scrambled eggs.

Balsamic Chicken

We're fans of balsamic vinegar around here so I thought we would love this dish. I doubled the sauce, like others suggested and I never did get it to thicken. The chicken was very tender, but just not a flavor we loved.
