Pumpkin Fluff Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2013
Love love love!!! My husband bought the canned pumpkin pie filling by accident and oh my! So good! Next time I made it I used regular pie filling. I have to say I like it with the pie filling better. Sweeter. But both ways are good!!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2011
I really liked this recipe. I only needed one piece of chicken so I modified the measurements. Flavor was good. I used fresh basil bc I love it. I also added a couple of slices of a red pepper. I wish I had made a little more sauce to mix with my pasta. Flavor was delicious though.

Best Spinach Dip Ever

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2010
I read all the great reviews so tried it. It was ok. Husband didn't really like it. Maybe it was the chestnuts...not sure he liked the crunch. I liked it but felt it needed a little more flavor. If I make again i might add some garlic or more powder mix. It was good not superb in my book.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2010
Oh my goodness. These cookies were excellent and I don't even like sugar cookies. I did follow advice of others and added another cup of sugar which I def recommend. I will be making these every year for Christmas. I also used "Sugar Cookie Frosting" by Kathy Brandt on this site. SUCH A HIT. Cannot go wrong!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2010
This meal was awesome. I did listen to some other reviewers. I combined flour and bread crumbs, even using some panko to mix in. I put 1/2 butter and 1/2 olive oil. I did put the chicken in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes but then put it in the wine/boullion mixture over stove. I cooked it for 10 more minutes then made sauce. I tripled recipe as suggested, good idea. So good. Made it with steamed asparagus and brown rice. My husband lvoed it and he doesn't even like any sauces! YUMMY!
