Baklava

I made the recepi for a party and it was a big hit, i did not find that it was enough sauce so i made a second batch, if you like it more crisy the original recepi will do but if you like it sticky make 1.5 batches of sauce. Everyone loved it!

Buttermilk Pie IV

I reduced the sugar to 1.5 cups the second time i made this recipe, it tasted too sweet with 2 cups of sugar, i also added 1 cup of blueberries which made it taste like a blueberry custard in a pie crust. If you are going to add fruit add an extrat tblsp or two of flour to take the liquid out of the fruit.

Carrot Cake III

5 Stars i made it twice in two days, needles to say it was a big hit. I was having comany over and wanted it to look fancy so i baked it in two rounds for approx. 30 minutes and stacked the layers to make two tiers, i put the cream cheese icingin the middle and on top. To have enough cream cheese for the middle and top i doubled the cream cheese recepi. I will make this recepi again thanks.
