This tasted like Corn Pops cereal! NOT what I'm looking for in a FISH recipe...

Blueberry Crumb Bars

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
I gave this a 3 because I think it has potential to be a great dessert recipe! HOWEVER, it needs WAY more sugar! Blueberries are FAR too tart a fruit to serve this way.

Incredibly Easy Chicken and Noodles

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
This was really good. I love having a recipe for homemade chicken and noodles that allows me to use skinless boneless chicken breasts. SO MUCH HEALTHIER! I do recommend using homemade egg noodles though.

Candied Acorn Squash

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2010
This recipe was really good as long as you were able to dip the squash in the syrup. Once we ran out of syrup the rest just seemed too bland. Rather than doing this in the microwave, I baked it in the oven at 350 and it ended up taking just short of an hour. I also sprinkled the squash with pumpkin pie spice for extra flavor. Next time I will make it extra healthy by adding extra butter! :-)

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

These were GREAT! The only change I made was I added a 5-6 dashes of garlic salt while they were in the KA. Thanks for the recipe.

Brown Sugar Smokies

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2010
These were so unbelievably good! I used premium extra thick cut bacon. I patted the inside of the bacon wrap with brown sugar, rolled the smokie up, stuck it with a tooth pick and tossed them all in the pan. After they were all in there, I sprinkled MORE brown sugar on them. Yes they are sitting in all that grease and syrup when they are done cooking. I just tapped them on the size of the dish to shake off the excess and threw them on the platter. These were SUCH a hit at poker night with the men and women alike! I will ABSOLUTELY making these again! Thanks SOOO much for the recipe!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2010
This dip was so yummy and creamy when it first hit your tongue, but within seconds it was misery! Maybe the Louisiana Hot Sauce I used it spicier than others (I am also a HUGE spice wimp). But I WILL make this recipe again, I will just use ALOT less hot sauce! But thanks for the recipe...Seriously...that first second was creamy delicious HEAVEN!

Linguine Pasta with Shrimp and Tomatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2010
This dish was really pretty good. My husband absolutely LOVED it! I did do a few things differently. The Sauce: I tripled the garlic, used 2 can of diced tomatoes, threw in a few oz of tomato paste, added diced onions, diced peppers, mushrooms, basil, oregano, and used no butter. For noodles, I let my husband pick whatever he is in the mood for, and tonight he wanted Bow Tie, which worked fine. For the meat, I did chicken and shrimp. I cooked the small pieces of chicken in a couple tbsp of olive oil. I also sprinkled some italian bread crumbs on the chicken before adding the shrimp. Once the shrimp was in there, I sprinkled on creole seasoning.
