Slow Cooked Apple Peach Sauce

used pink lady apples. Had to halve the cinnamon and add Apple juice and sugar. Was still pretty tart. Would have been better if the apples were peeled. Edit: originally posted after trying warm on ice cream. Better cold as a traditional Apple sauce.

My Meatloaf

Doubled the recipe for company, made it in a 13x9 glass dish instead of a loaf pan. Made exactly according to recipe. Next time will use less Italian seasoning. Too much of a rosemary flavor.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Used two bags of fresh spinach and and de-stemmed it, cooked it down with olive oil. Made the cheese sauce with whole milk only, didn't use chicken broth. Turned out delicious.

Slow-Cooked, Texas-Style Beef Brisket

Cut the servings down to 5 (2 lb brisket). Cut the cook time down to 6 hours. Could possibly be seasoned with garlic or cayenne, but delicious as is!

Waikiki Meatballs

Used 2 lbs deer burger instead of hamburger and bread crumbs instead of crackers. I baked the meatballs for 22 min at 350 degrees instead of frying. It was delicious.

Guy Approved Meatloaf

I followed the directions exactly, and it turned out mushy in the middle, burned around the bottom & sides, and appeared under cooked on top. I took foil off at an hour and a half, then broiled for a few minutes. After broiling, the Bacon and top looked better, but for me the texture was still mushy. My husband liked the un-burnt parts though.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

I liked everything about it, even re-heated, except the lemon pepper. I would not recommend pairing honey mustard and lemon pepper ever. It was a weird tangy taste which is not meant for chicken.
