Asparagus Quiche

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2011
This quiche didn't have enough eggs, I made one by halving the recipe but i had to use 5 eggs and 1/4C flour, I added spinach too and it turned out great. There just isn't enough egg with just using 2

Delicious Chocolate Cornflake Cakes

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2011
These were great, I used milk chocolate and rice krispies instead of cornflakes (I didn't have any in the house) and mixed in some mini m&m's for the kids, they were perfect for my daughters preschool.

Chilled Strawberry Angel Food Dessert

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2011
This is a great dessert, just too much cream cheese, I used 1 package and it was much lighter. also you can use the low fat cream cheese and cool whip lowering the fat content significantly.

Zucchini Bread II

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2010
so goood! my family were in town and I made the 2 loaves of this bread and it was gone in a day. Everyone was asking for the recipe. I made it almost exactly as the recipe stated just swapping out half a cup of oil for applesauce.

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2010
This is fantastic! I made it with Pinot Noir wine as that is what I had in the house and it turned out great! I couldn't use onions as my father in law doesn't like them so I secretly sprinkled some onion powder on instead and added 8 oz baby portabello mushrooms which I sauted before added to the meat. I did sear the pork too and I am glad I did as it looked wonderful. I served with roasted potatoes, cauliflower and carrots and there was none left of anything!

Authentic German Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2010
This is so good, I made it with red skin potatoes which don't fall apart so easily if over cooked and I used Turkey Bacon to make it a little more figure friendly, I also reduced the amount of sugar to 2 TBS as it is too sweet for my taste. It came out great, we had it for thanksgiving and everyone wanted the recipe.
