Southern as You Can Get Collard Greens

Reviewed: May 17, 2010
This came out great! I have never cooked collard greens before but the chicken broth and the flavor of the ham was delicious. I let it simmer for 1 hour and a half.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2010
I have never made bread before and I made this for my potluck. It was incredible easy and fast. I followed the recipe with only one exception. I used butter in place of margarine. It was a big hit at the potluck everyone loved it even my Irish friends who makes Soda bread on a regular basis. Thank you for the recipe!

Almond Drops

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
These were great cookies, crunchy. I used 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and cut the recipe in half. I added half of the sugar and the other half I used brown sugar. I had no problems with these cookies. Thanks!

Kheer (Rice Pudding)

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2010
Very Very good dessert. Very simple and it provides just enough sweet but not overwhelmed with sweetness. The raisens are just like little surprises as you take a spoonful. The addition of the nuts adds texture and crunch.
