Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2015
I can't ever find Hawaiian Sea salt but I have used Himalayan Salt and Kosher Salt and both were delicious! I've also tried it with leaner cuts of pork- don't do it- they aren't nearly as good as the butt roast- definitely worth the fat calories!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2012
This was terrific! I read the other reviews and I used less broth (I actually used stock) when I first mixed it and added more as necessary. I will definitely be making this for Christmas!

Individual Baked Eggs

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2010
Egg-cellent recipe! My whole family loved it. I made a mix of scrambled eggs and whole eggs. It did stick to the pan quite a bit so next time I think I am going to use cupcake papers and spray them with oil before putting the bacon and egg in. Try this recipe- you will not be disappointed!

I don't think I have ever cooked something so easy that tasted so good! I used Zesty Italian dressing and beef stock for the water and it was amazing! Super easy and delicious!

I use less oil and cook longer at a lower temperature- these are absolutely delicious and simple and go with just about any main dish.

Chicken Scampi II

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2010
I loved this recipe! I used skinless boneless breasts and thighs cut into cubes and it turned out great. I did cut down a little bit on the butter and olive oil to save a little on fat grams and it was still very tasty. I recommend to anyone-
