Overnight Blueberry French Toast

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2013
Made this recipe with leftover sourdough, cut the portions in half and baked in a 9" pie pan since I couldn't find my square baking dish and it came out perfectly. The portion was just enough for a family of four. The blueberry sauce was over the top delicious! I will definitely make this over and over again. So easy!

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2011
This recipe was so simple. I used a 12" oval porcelein au gratin baking dish and used more fruit than the recipe called for (4 peaches and a pint of blueberries) and it came out perfectly and beautifully. So easy! It was a big hit for a 4th of July BBQ. Because I used so much fruit, I probably should have used more batter, but my guests thought it was perfect proportions.

Best Ever Blueberry Cobbler

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2010
Very good. Husband gobbled it all up, but he also prefers a more crumbly topping so I knocked off one star. I loved it and wouldn't change a thing. Super easy to make.

Fruited Curry Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2010
Husband loved this recipe. Used a granny smith apple, quartered the grapes so they were smaller, toasted the pecans for 30 seconds in the microwave, and omitted the curry powder cause I unfortunately didn't have any. Next time will have to try with the curry powder. Definitely recommend.

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
Super easy recipe. Made a few adjustments - added 1 cup of beef broth and 1 10.75 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup because there was not enough liquid. Added mushrooms half way through the process and omited the potatoes because I served roasted red potatoes on the side. Excellent for a snow night in!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2010
Great recipe if you are looking for something easy and cheap. I used Good Seasons Dry Italian Dressing Mix and replaced the Cream of Chicken with Cream of Musroom and added mushrooms 1/2 hour before I added the soup and cream cheese. The recipe was a big hit with everyone in my house and I would definitely recommend it.
