I was born in Denmark, raised in Sweden and now live in USA. Started cocking as a kid already but later stop it until I was asked to do it on a ship did it for 3 month and had a blast did go to a basic cocking school and later did some work in restaurant. Now I only for families and friends.

I served Swedish lax to 1250 people on a wedding! and all loved it. took me 4 days to prep, and about 30 min to serv. It was the most fun I have ever done.

I hade on a ship a plank steak that was so chooey that rubber was softer.. and thet was not many happy that day!!
