Ramen Coleslaw

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2011
Yum yum. I thought this was super delicous. I followed the recipe about to a T, except for the fact I did toast almonds and sunflower seeds. I just put the sunflower seeds on the salad as in, and it was still delious. I definitely would recommend this.

Jimmbo's Garlic Knots

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2010
These were really good. The only problem was that some of the knots turned out really small and cooked faster than others. But the herbs and olive oil mixture was soo delicious. I put some on the bread before I cooked them and then also put more sauce on right when they came out of the oven. Delicious. Everyone gobbled them up!

Deadly Delicious Lasagna

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2010
I thought this recipe was really good and actually fairly easy to make. I put mine into two pans and just froze one. It worked really good. It tasted really delicious and my bf that is very picky really liked it too...he even took seconds!

Best Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
This is so good. Definetly better than the traditional Tuna Helper version. I made recipe as is but didn't add peas (because my bf doesn't like them), added just a scoop of miracle whip (adds little zip), and a little milk (like previous posters). People were saying that it was dry but mine wasn't at all. I will make this again.

Slow Cooker Nacho Chicken and Rice Wraps

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2010
I made the recipe as is. Others said that it was bland but I didn't think so. I thought that it had good flavor. If anything you could add garlic or chili powder or something. Rice got a little mushy from being in the crockpot too long...but next time i'll just have to have it in there less time. (It only cooked for 5 hours.) But it was delicious wrapped in the tortillia with some sour cream!

A Twist on Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2010
I made this for a birthday party and everyone at the party said it was good. They said it was refreshing. I would have to agree. Easy to make too.

Garden Herb Loaf

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2010
I thought this was delicious. I pretty much stayed with what the recipe said... just changed up the herbs a little. Good tasting bread, only thing was that mine was a little doughy in the middle of loaf. Will definetly make again.
