Tangy Honey Glazed Ham

Wine and Dijon Marinated Pork Loin

Very good! Just the right amount of everything. The only thing I changed was that I cut my loin into chops, marinated them, and then grilled them in a skillet until thoroughly cooked.

Venison Stroganoff with Sherry

I let the deer soak in milk for about an hour before cooking. I used minced garlic (about 1 1/2 Tblsp). A few shakes of paprika, and sherry (to cover skillet) when I began sauteeing the onions. I added additional sherry when I put the meat in the skillet. It was delicious!!!

Moroccan Chicken Tagine

Makes large portions, but they freeze easily and are great re-heated as well. Just be sure not to overcook the vegetables and potatoes. They will turn to mush.
