J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

The biscuits are great. Last time I used butter for the shortening and I thought that made them a little bit better then crisco type shortening.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Delicious!!! This bread is very moist. I used two large bananas and just mixed in with everything else. I left the nuts out this time but will add them next time. I did add a little cinnamon. Im not really sure that it made any difference.

Scalloped Potatoes I

I was excited to try this but it just didnt work for me. The potatoes seemed to be sliced thin but I baked it for over an hour and still no luck. Im not really sure what I did wrong.
