I don't know about the "miracle" part, but this soup is fantastic. I don't always use the same veggies (whatever frozen mixes are on sale), and it still tastes great every time. The only real change I make is the shrimp. I am making it for one and reheating toughens the shrimp too much. I use extra firm tofu for the protein! The tofu absorbs all the broth flavor and reheats great. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Really excellent and easy recipe. I had never made a whole chicken in the crockpot before and was surprised at how tasty it was. We'll do this one again for sure.

Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf

A really easy and tasty recipe. I did add a little hot red pepper jelly to the paste for a little more heat. Very moist and yummy--you won't miss the beef.

Black Bean and Corn Salad II

Great summer salad. Very versatile. I added radishes, English cucumber, black olives. You can really make this your own by adding to your taste.

Spinach Salad with Pepper Jelly Dressing

This dressing was great. It was really different and would add loads of flavor to any dark leafed salad. I did expand on the salad, using more veggies that I had handy and the dressing was still the star.
