Double Tomato Bruschetta
my guests inhaled this and kept asking how it was made! I garnished with extra piece of basil on top and it looked super fancy. Also use the plum tomatoes as suggested b/c they have less water. I didn't do this and had a lot of liquid but it still was ok.
