I've done this soup for Thanksgiving for several years now, and it's always a hit. I always add some apple so that there's a certain sweetness to the soup that rounds it out perfectly. Thanks for the recipe.

Cashew Avocado Chicken Salad

This wasn't the greatest recipe although I was very optimistic given that I love avocados and ranch dressing. I added some scallions, but that really improved the flavor rather than took away from the dill. I may try this with cilantro next time. Mine turned out a little dry since I think I overcooked the chicken, but that would not have improved the flavor. Thanks for sharing anyway.

Puttanesca I

Bravo! I really like this recipe, although I did make some (unintentional) changes. First, I only used about 2 tbsp of oil as others mentioned. Since I did not have fresh tomatoes, I added a canned diced tomatoes, but added a 28oz can of diced tomatoes instead of 14 oz by accident (oops!). I omitted the tomato paste since I already had enough tomatoes. I actually really liked it with that many tomatoes, but next time I'll add some paste since I like the my puttanesca a bit thicker. Thanks for the recipe!

Easy Deviled Chicken

I've made this recipe a number of times and everyone loves it! A few changes - I typically use skinless chicken thighs since the meat is juicier, and then I can skip the butter altogether. Like most others, I add a dash of oregano, garlic powder and whatnot, but I also add mustard... dijon mustard to the mayonnaise, and then also add a dash of dry mustard powder to the breadcrumb mixture as well. Love that taste! Thanks for sharing this recipe!!

Butternut Squash Soup

This is a really good butternut squash recipe, although I think the restaurant versions are better. I doubled the recipe and added some sherry (I peeked at other recipes!). The butternut squash is a real pain to cut so I took the advice of another reviewer and baked it in the over for 45 minutes. Turned out terrific, but just took a long time. I can't wait to do this soup again for my family at Thanksgiving!

Juicy Steak

Tried this recipe and the steak was kind of tough, but I think it was the cut of the meat. I also didn't have worcestershire sauce and so I substituted with tomato paste and soy sauce. Great way to cook steaks - Thanks for sharing!

Cheesy Polenta

Loved this recipe. Use Gorgonzola cheese instead of cheddar after getting a recommendation from the Italian grocer. I also added mushroom broth and a few chinese mushrooms - tasted fabulous!!
