About this Cook
While not necessarily a beginner in cooking, as I have cooked before, I've just now started doing it seriously. Meaning remembering what I throw in the the pot.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake. Or, its what I'm best at it seems. Pumpkin bread is one of my favorites along with Buck-eye's and cakes.

Stuffed Shells III
I used the recipe as a base and followed most of the directions. The only change was a bit more ricotta and I added Cheddar to it because I didn't have enough mozzarella. I also used parley and a little paprika into the mix with some fresh chopped basil. As a sauce I didn't use mushrooms. Instead I used chorizo with onions, basil, garlic, and sauce and sauteed it together before pouring over the shells and baking 50 minutes covered and the last ten minutes uncovered. Everyone in the house loved it!!! So easy!

Amish White Bread
Probably the easiest bread I've ever made! And close to the best. I messed up in the beginning and didn't knead long enough then I had to cut the first rise time short but even with those two mishaps the bread came out golden brown and sweet. A little dense but next time I'll keep a better eye on things. Edit: I made another batch and let it rise for an extra twenty minutes the first time and ten on the second and kneaded a lot longer and boy! It came out so good!!! Definitely a hit. I've been told by my family to make it every week!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
These came out perfectly! I made the dough and put it in the fridge for an hour then pulled it out. It made wonderful gooey, melt in your mouth cookies! I took them to work for a meeting and they were gone in 15 mins!! Defiantly will make again!
