I rubbed the chicken with a little olive oil, basil, onion powder, salt and pepper, and grilled it on my George foreman grill. I also used light whipped cream in a can, half light miracle whip half light mayo, a pinch of sugar and a few squirts of dijon mustard. I served it on whole wheat bread with leaf lettuce. It was fantastic!
