Caramelized Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2010
Too much sauce for my down sized recipe. Didn't caramelize. Will try again with less sauce. Tasted good, though.

Light Oat Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2010
Make this for someone who only likes white bread. They won't know the difference. My guy said it was the best bread I'd ever made! Didn't tell him it had oatmeal in it!

Oklahoma Brisket

This is a keeper. So easy. Didn't have cider or juice so used beef broth. Loved the honey and soy sauce baste. Used my regular sauce instead of the recipe here. Will try it next time. The flavor was unbelievable! So tender.

Hearty Italian Beef Stew

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2010
Cut recipe in half except for water, tomatoes, tomato paste and bouliion. Cooked beef, onion and celery for 1.5 hours before adding other veggies. Enough for 2 people with seconds. Excellent. A nice change from ordinary beef stew. Husband had seconds!

So easy. I browned the chicken in canola and olive oil and then put on a rack in the oven at 350. Came out absolutely perfect. So moist and juicy. Very tender. This recipe is a keeper.
