Honey-Pecan Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2010
Amazing! I substituted almonds because I prefer those, but it was very good. I did make the honey and almonds in the pan with the drippings and just put on top of the chicken to serve.

Stuffed Peppers

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2010
Amazing! I added extra italian seasoning and did not baste the peppers, just through the tomato sauce in with the meat and all. Added diced onion. Only needed 30 minutes in the oven.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2010
Added chocolate chips--great as just a cookie without the filling, but also good with the filling. They will flatten out quite a bit and are rather large for sandwich cookies, so keep them small and/or refrigerate dough.

Turkey Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2010
Tastes a lot like beef stroganoff to me, which I'm only so, so on. I don't like mushrooms so I left out the mushrooms & water chestnuts.

This was amazing! I did use fresh spinach instead of frozen and sweet turkey sausage, but other than that followed it and it was great!

Mom's Mozzarella Chicken for Drew

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2010
This was very good! Chicken stayed moist and tasted amazing. I did add some italian seasoning. I think next time I will not heat up the sauce in the pan with the chicken as it made it harder to through over noodles (either that or heat some extra sauce up on the side).

Italian Bread Wedges

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2010
You can use a fair amount of wheat flour for a healthier option and it still tastes good. I don't think it needed as much Italian dressing as it called for, but everything else was amazing!

Slow Cooker Thai Peanut Pork

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2010
I made my own teriyaki sauce from a chicken recipe on the site and used low sodium soy sauce to make that. Then when adding normal peanut butter there wasn't too much salt, but I still think it doesn't need the full amount. Used the extra sauce on top of fried rice and it was amazing!
