Christmas Brunch Casserole

This was very good. I did tweak, I used 7 eggs and was heavy handed with the pepper. I also used half pound bacon and half pound sausage. Other than that followed the rest of the recipe. My teenage son really enjoyed it, even said I should make it for dinner sometime.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This is a great recipe, easier than I anticipated. I did add Pankow to the flour mix. I seared on the stove, then transferred to the oven at 250 for 35-40 minutes, I didn't want to be cooking when company arrived. Poured about half of the sauce on top of chicken while it was in the oven, reserved the rest and served as gravy. I did add two more Tbs. butter and a little more wine than then the recipe called for so I was sure to have extra. Will make this again!
