Banana Oat Muffins

I made these exactly as written in the recipe and the were pretty good. My kids ate them but weren't super excited about them. I felt they tasted a bit like flour and not enough banana flavor.

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

This was the first time I ever made a pumpkin roll and it turned out great. I followed the recipie and made no changes. I made it for a church fathering and there was nothing left!

This bread was wonderful. I increased the flour to 2 1/2cups and used 1 1/4tsp of yeast. It came out perfectly. My family ate the entire loaf with dinner and my 3yr old was crying because he wanted more.
