Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough

used flax seeds instead of wheat germ. Cooked 17 mins and then added toppings and cooked for another 20 minutes. Was very good.

Pasta with Peas and Sausage

Kids and husband loved it. I used the suggestion to eliminate the heavy cream by melting butter and adding flour and milk.

Delicious Healthy Strawberry Shake

This was pretty bland and thin in consistency. I followed the recipe and ended up throwing it back in the blender with a banana and a cup of ice. That made it a little better but I don't think I'll try it again.

Fruit Pizza II

This is a delicious dessert! I have been asked for the recipe many times. I used some light ingredients to cut down on the fat and calories and it still tasted wonderful. Would highly recommend!

Charlotte's Tortellini Salad
