This is a great recipe! Janet, if you are able, I think that you should rewrite your recipe description. It doesn't include the part where you mention the crab until you actually open it up...so it sorta reads like...cheesy mayonnaise toast. As great a recipe as it is I think you need to make it stand out...this 'keeper' needs to be!!

Chicken Satay

This is a great recipe!!!! Perfect for a gathering that requires finger food. The flavor is just right, your in for a big treat when you make this dish! The only pain is putting the meat on the skewers. Make sure you allow PLENTY of time to marinate the chicken, and spend the couple of extra pennies on GOOD QUALITY spices...my friend tried to make this recipe after having it at my house, and used "cheaper" spices...she ended up tossing the whole thing

Beef Samosas

Looking for something a lil' different for your next gathering...you have found it!! I LOVED THIS RECIPE, although I made a few minor adjustments. Phyllo dough is a bit difficult to work with, so I bought the pre-made phyllo shells, they look like miniature puff pastry cups. I filled each with the Samosa mixture, and instead of frying, I put them on a cookie sheet and baked them just until the tops got browned.

Spicy Lentil Dip

This dish never found it's way to the table but promptly to the trash can! I gave myself a birthday party where I featured all international cuisine. I got some great recipes from you guys...lucky for me I had a pretty big selection of food. At first I thought it was me, but I had a few friends taste it,...they didn't even SWALLOW! ...Sorry, Noni....

Escargots Vol-au-Vent

Delicious...if you aren't partial to escargot, I would recommend replacing with either clams or oysters, shrimp, or scallops....as a matter of fact, if you aren't partial to any one of the ingredients, this is the kind of dish that you can alter to fit your fancy!
