Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

These cookies are good. Easy to make. I just feel that they dry out pretty quick-hard to get just right. Seems to overcook when you cook the cookie part and get the candy added right-without melting too much. Fun, easy, kids enjoy. Just not a cookie I crave-stick to making the peanut butter cookie and eating it then end with a Reese's cup-seperate works better for me-to get maximum taste of both. Two great things together don't always make awesome.

Irish Potato Candy

Good candy. Made as stated. Little sticky, but that is to be had with this candy. Doesn't taste quite like ones I have bought-that is why not higher stars. Guess try to make things that taste as good or better than I can buy. This candy seems to be hard for me to conquer. Think this may be like bread in certain parts of county-bagels particularly-tasting different from altitude. Maybe wrong-my 2cents.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Awesome pancakes. Just love them. Made as stated. Kids were sick of me trying to sneek in Whole Wheat flour-they were starting to not want pancakes. These made them believers again-LOVE them.

Peach Bread

Very good bread. Used fresh peaches. Followed recipe exact. Think the cinnamon really is what makes it special. Did dust pan with cin/sugar mixture-forgot, only adjust. Lasted several days and still tasted great. Highly recommend. Cross between amish friendship/peaches added.

Chocolate Crinkles II

I make this at Christmas time-for the past two years. I do half the dough rolled in powdered sugar and the other in granulated and kisses on top as per another reviewer. It works perfectly-and nobody ever notices until I say!

Peach Muffins

Very good muffin. Kept recipe as stated except for adding a splash of milk as per other reviewers. Only draw back, hard to get out of pan. I didn't use liners and this usually isn't a problem but I would recommend liners for these.

Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

Great Cookie! Agree w/others, back of the hershey bag recipe just isn't as good as this. Those cookies tend to be much more delicate-hard to get them to set. Go from undercooked to burnt so easy, BUT these are super. Can't say enough-try them!!!

Hoot Owl Cookies

I have made these two 'falls' now. My children really like them. You have to use real butter-it is a butter cookie. I use swirled chocolate/white chips for the eyes and they look really cool! These are a hit when given as gifts as well. Highly recommend. Cute, tastey, pretty easy-a keeper! Thanks so much for posting.

Honey Mustard Dressing II

Very good dressing. Definately rich and flavorful. Could tell it was homemade. Was a little thick-still trying to figure out how to adjust to made it more pourable and not globable. That is my only reason for giving it four stars-little thick. Great recipe though and well worth trying to fix that to fit my own personal tastes.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I LOVED this recipe. We went fishing and I made it with fresh fish-trout. My family doesn't eat fish-only me-sad to say. Topping was really great. Perfect mix of flavors. Reheated well. Highly recommend!

Zucchini Cobbler

This is a good recipe. Was surprised that you couldn't detect the zucchini-but it didn't taste exactly like apples and someone even said "what fruit is this?" to me. Recommend as a use for bountiful zucchini. Good stuff.

Sausage Bean Soup

I made this one day when I had sausage and no hamburger and wanted something to do with it. Did a search and this was dinner. This is good. Sausage was a nice change of taste in soup. Would recommend.

Brisket with BBQ Sauce

This recipe took a little time and was good. Just didn't wow us. Again, really enjoyed but for the work-no wow factor. Barbq is definately an individual taste preference-my husband and I like different tastes-mine more sweet and his more spicey. So, just my opinion and an idea of my taste. Give it a try and see what you think!

Berry Crumb Bars

These bars are awesome. A friend made them and gave me the recipe. I turned her onto allrecipes and this was one of the first recipes she tried out-so tell friends and they can turn you onto great recipes they have found as well!!! I always use blueberries-have used raspberries and a berry mix but somehow blueberries taste best to me-just my opinion. Try these bars-you can't go wrong.

Grandma's Secret Pie Crust

I have made this recipe several times and it usually comes out. I will be the first to say that pie crust is an art. Still don't feel confident about my skills with it but this recipe is pretty good at helping that. Used to make a berry pie and shepards pie before-all good. Would not call this the perfect crust recipe-but it is the one I have used several times-still keeping my eye out.

Burnt Butter Rice

This rice is really good. It has a unique taste to it-the burnt butter of course. Would definately recommend trying. Fun recipe to learn about melting butter and how it seperates and then if you burn it-its OK-you actually want to!!! I enjoyed, husband said OK. I love butter-he doesn't really use. You decide-give it a try!

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

These are a great cookie. I have made with margarine and butter and you get two completely different tastes. Butter is much richer and my preferred way to make. Margarine seems to have something missing. Make small because they do spread out. I always use my homemade jam which I think helps add to the taste-a good jam. People always like these. Thanks for posting.
